'Check Your EPF (Employee Provident Fund) Balance & Claim Status Online'
How To Check EPF Balance Amount Online and Claim Status, here goes the info -
EPF India started a new service from 1st July 2011 onwards to check our Employee Provident Fund (EPF) amount balance status and also Claim status. Can say this would be a very good step taken by the Indian Government in these days. Because we are know how difficult to get the status of the PF amount balance status and claim information. If we go PF offices, we don't get that kind of good response from staff.
Reason behind is, till today they use the big binding books and registers to manage the PF balance amounts, computerization is slowly taking place. Now a big relief to the employees who is having PF accounts all over India.
However, after knowing this info I've visited EPOIndia.com official website to check my PF balance status and previous company claim status. This service is available to only these PF offices like Bangalore, Delhi North, Delhi South, Faridabad, Gurgaon, Karnal, Laxmi Nagar. Not sure when other cities and branches would be added to this.
