Bus caught fire near Hiriyur district, Metikurthi Village in Karnataka last night and Six passengers charred to death in the flames and 4 passengers health condition is serious. Luckily about 12 passengers escaped from this accident and managed with burns however not in serious condition. The bus started from Davangere to Bangalore in the evening on 15th April evening at around 6pm IST with 29 people as told by the district SP Ravi Kumar. The injured passengers are shifted to the nearby hospital in Chitradurga, Hiriyur district. Police reached to the accident place and working on the situation.
