 Banking : Banking services are combination of IVR and Agent offering depending on the type of transaction. All IVR transactions are available 24x7 on all days. Reporting loss of cards is a PhoneBanker-assisted facility and is available 24 hours on all days.
 Loan Services : Loan services are available between 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on all days including Sundays & Bank Holidays.
 Demat Account Services : Services are available between 8:30 a.m to 5:30 p.m on weekdays & 9:30 a.m to 1:30 p.m on Saturdays (This facility is not available on Sundays & Bank Holidays)


Mutual Fund or Investment Services Account related services are offered @ Toll-free number 1800 22 1006 from BSNL / MTNL Landline, anywhere in India or at (022) 6160 6161 during agent hours between 9:30 am to 6:30 pm on weekdays & 9:30am to 1:30 pm on Saturdays. (This facility will not be available on Bank Holidays and Sundays).
