'Macherla' going to be the Hot Spot in Seemandhra Now?

If Telangana bill passed, if Seemandhra as a separate state, previously every one thought 'Ongole' going to be the Capital of Seemandhra Pradesh (Andhra Pradesh) hence the real estate boom is doubled and increased the rates like anything there starts from Guntur to Nellore (Sri Potti Sriramulu Nellore district).

However now the scene changed, now every one talks about the ground water levels and development etc. As Ongole has ground water levels problem, leaders looking towards Guntur, Mangalagiri, Vijayawada either one of them would be the Capital for Andhra Pradesh.

In this view, 'Macherla' which is a connectivity point between Ongole, Srisailam, Guntur, Vijayawada, Hyderabad, Telangana areas which might become a Hub to all the routes. Macherla would have a better future in real estate boom and more expansion can happen at this area.
