Finally Andhra Pradesh government eyes were widely open and promoting Ex-Indian Prime Minister Shri PV Narasimha Rao's name for Bharat Ratna. Now question will arise in everyone's mind, why suddenly PV's name comes up in the Congress leaders mind, some one says this could be a political game.
