Infosys employees will get good hikes this year - 2014 Infosys new salary hike policy

Information Technology giant Infosys management confirmed today that employees salaries will get hiked this year 2014. Since last 2 years salary hike was much as expected to everyone in the company.

Today Executive Chairman Narayanamurthy told, Infosys employees can expect above 10% hike (double digit) this year. This news may be more than Pongal to the employees now.

After Murthy rejoins to Infosys, there are many changes in the company board of directors structure and new appointments. Infosys stock price increased more than 50% and now it is keep increasing. 2014 should be a good year for IT companies in India like TCS, WIPRO, Congziant, HCL etc.

Now Narayana Murthy will become hero to the employees again after the new salary hike policy that is going to be introduced soon.
