Because there wouldn't be any special package deals for Telangana as entire Hyderabad revenue will go to Telangana state. Hence there wouldn't be much future developments in Hyderabad and surrounding areas.

When Hyderabad Real Estate boom will pickup?


Definitely would take couple of years and since the boom is down those who want to buy lands and apartments can buy them in cheap rates. Hyderabad is a great city to live and infrastructure is well established. Even the AP state bifurcated, those who are living in Hyderabad, not ready to leave the place because of Job opportunities and weather conditions.
