Sehwag vs Yuvaraj - IPL7 season auction updates

Royal Challengers Bangalore changed Yuvaraj's fate in the IPL season 7. RCB bought him for Rs.14 crore in the auction yesterday which is a huge amount for any player that has been paid so far in the IPL 1 to 7 seasons.

In the previous IPL seasons, 12 crore was the highest bid amount for any player, however in this season Yuvi broke that record.


Those who paid about 8 crore per each season like Sehwag, Jayawardhane, Craige White, David Hussy, Dilshan now their price has come down to Rs.2 to 3 crore.

Yuvaraj at 14 Crore vs Sehwag at 3.20 Crore:

Why so much difference between these 2 players? As like Sehwag, Yuvaraj also not playing well since last couple of seasons. However Yuvi got good price why not Sehwag?

The reason could be, Yuvaraj is playing after his cancer treatment where Sehwag didn't there in form since last few seasons which might be a reason.

And finally Sehwag open his eyes and answer to all these questions with his bat. If in this season also he doesn't show his energy levels, then no chance of buyers to come front and select in the IPL Season 8.
