GHMC issued notices to 'N Convention Centre' at Madhapur on illegal permission and construction area

Now GHMC (Greater Municipality of Hyderabad Corporation) now eyed on illegal properties and acquired land owners at Madhapur Hitech area. Since last 2 days there are building demolitions are going on which are related to Gurukul Trust illegal constructions. Today GHMC issued a notice to the Akkineni Nagarjuna owned N Convention Centre at Madhapur.

This is a confirmed news by the GHMC officials and media news channels that a notice been issued to the owners of N Convention Centre. They have marked the land around the N Convention Centre and found that they have acquired some land that is related to the a pond which is already exist. There may be a chance of demolishing some part of the N Convention Centre soon as per GHMC.

KCR government eyed on the illegal constructions all over Greater Hyderabad. N-Convention Centre is built in a staggering 10 acres of land that is valued almost 400 crores at current market rate.
