Why Harish Rao need a Bullet Proof Car in his convoy, does he has any threat?

Tanneru Harish Rao Telangana Irrigation, Marketing & Legislative Affairs Minister's convoy is added with a new bullet proof car. He used to travel in a normal convoy however KCR government provided him this facility. As sources talked much about this new support his son-in-law (Menalludu) from KCR.

As per any government rules either it could be Central or State a bullet proof car is allocated to Chief Minister or for the other ministers where that concerned person might has a treat from Naxalites or Terrorists. Now media and Telangana State public closely looking at KCR and his family ministers decisions and actions.

As everyone talked about KCR and family treats that Telangana State is our family state and can do anything in our state. Lets see how long these kind of new rules and actions will take place in KCR's family government. A family can't rule a state, KCR and TRS supporters should know about this fact.
