In the entire State of A.P., only you have published that Swami Swaroopanandendra said that Babu's vitiligo is causing problem of rains for A.P. I appreciate your courage. But could you publish your evidence such as videoclip. Or did the Swamiji said it, in a public meeting before everybody present using a loud speaker?
More details pl. such as date, venue, context, names of others present etc.

I too heard about that when the ruler or king having vitligo ( boli) the people will never stay happy even though he want to do better for them.
I am afraid, the belief that a vitiligo suffering king cannot keep his people happy does not stand any reason. I am more keen to know whether Mr. Swaroopanandendra made the comment attributed to him, because no other magazine/newspaper/channel published it. I am more interested to confirm for myself that this sanyasi said it. This is because a sanyasi is expected to have a balanced mind, not a superstitious mind. A superstitious monk is not fit to be a parivrajaka.
