YSRCP demands make 'Donakonda' as AP's New Capital

YSR Congress Party worried about the new capital if Guntur-Vijayawada to get selected because they don't have much strength in this area and Kamma community is strong which would help TDP in present and future as well. That is reason YSRCP MPs and MLAs are suggesting some other place instead Vijayawada-Guntur as Capital city of Andhra Pradesh.

Today YSRCP Ongole MP YV Subbareddy met Sivaramakrishnan Committee in Delhi and asked to consider Donakonda also in AP's capital places list. The committee said to him that, they will try to visit Donakonda as well before the AP new capital get finalised and announced.

However, looks Sivaramakrishnana Committee and Telugu Desam Party leaders almost decided to announce the official name of Andhra Pradesh State New Capital as Guntur-Vijayawada.
