Holi Holiday 6th not 5th March TG govt

In Telangana State, government declares holiday on 6th March 2015 Friday. But as per the Calendars the Poornima (Full Moon Day) showing up as 5th March Thursday. And many schools and colleges following the TG Government decision and declared Holi holiday on 6th March.
