EPF Balance Check Simple Steps with EPF Android Mobile App

Now it is very easy to know your Employee Provident Fund balance via Android Mobile app from the EPFO website.

Note: At present this app is available only for the Android Mobile users

From where and how to download EMPO Mobile from EPFIndia.com website?

Login to epfindia.com website, go to Our Services

Under Our Services, there are 3 options available like below

For Employers, For Employees, For International Workers

If you are an Employee, click on 'Employees'

Go to under Downloads section

select 'EPFO - Mobile Application'

Give a missed call to know your PF balance 011-22901406 from any where in India

The above said option works only if your PF UAN number registered with your Aadhar Card, Bank Account Number, Permanant Account Number (PAN), otherwise when ever you give a missed to that number, it will reply like below:

Dear Member, Your UAN xxxxxxxxxxxx, Aadhar: Not Available, PAN: Not Available, Bank Details: Not Available. Kindly register your KYC through Employer, to get contribution details and future services.

How to activate my UAN number if it is not activated?

If your UAN (Universal Account Number) found not activated, follow the below steps to activate it:

Type EPFHO ACT, <UAN Number>, <22 digit PF Number> send sms to 7738299899

After UAN get activated, how to know PF balance by sending SMS?
