AADHAAR UID Cards Issuing in Bharath Nagar, Moosa Pet Area in Hyderabad - 24th Dec'2010 Last Date

Today I've visited AADHAAR UID Cards issuing centre in Bharath Nagar, Moosapet, Hyderabad in Senior Citizens Bhavan. 24th Dec'10 would be the last date for issuing the same on this centre and next location is Bala Nagar.

To issue the UID cards, public need to provide the below photo copies of the documents -

1.Ration Card (Photo cum Address Proof)
2.Voter ID (Photo cum Address Proof)
3.Residence Address Proof (Current Bill, Gas Bill)
4.PAN Card
5.Electricity Bill
6.Passport (Photo cum Address Proof)
7.Driving / Vehilce License

What if we have Ration Card, Passport, Driving License, Voter ID cards but not staying with the address which is in the cards. If this is the case, you need to provide the above said cards as Photo identity proof, you can show something else as residence proof (Gas Bill, Phone Bill, Bank Statement)
