CMC (TCS) recruitment for a Mega e-Governance project | Jobs in Aadhaar UID Project
CMC, a Subsidiary of Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) invites applications from eligible candidates for various Citizen Service centres that it plans to employ across India as a part of a mega e-Governance project (possibly the UIDAI, or AADHAAR project). At present, the vacancies exist in the states of Andhra Pradesh and Tamilnadu in the places of Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Nizamabad, Tirupati, Vizag, Chennai, Coimbatore, Madurai, Tirunaveli, Trichy and Thanjavur.
Positions and qualifications required
Customer Service Manager: Candidate must be MBA in Finance or Operations in at least 6 to 10 years experience out of which at least 2 years must have been in a leadership role in Banking or retail service or any other service which is customer oriented.
Accounts Officer: Candidate must be M.Com Graduate with at least 5 to 8 years experience in Supervisor or Accountant role in preferably a retail outfit.
Team Leader: An MBA Graduate with 3 to 4 years experience in retail service Industry out of which at least 1 year should have been in a leadership role managing at least 4-5 people.
Customer Service Executives (Contract Basis): Graduates in any discipline with at least 1 to 3 years experience in front office customer service. Fresher’s with exceptional qualities can also apply.
Admin Executive (Contract Basis): Graduates in any Discipline with 3-4 years experience in General Administration such as Security, Purchase, Housekeeping etc
Floor Coordinator (Contract Basis): Graduates with 2 to 4 years experience in people management can apply.
Apart from the mentioned Qualifications, all candidates must have good knowledge on Local Language, Hindi and English with exceptional communication skills along with sufficient Computer Skills.
