Internship at UIDAI (Unique Identification Authority of India) - How To Apply, Whom To Contact

If you are looking to do an Internship in UIDAI (Unique Identification Authority of India), called AADHAAR now, here are the guidelines framed by the Authority.
Who can apply for Internship?

Only Indian Students who have a first class graduation degree pursuing PG or have a PG Degree with at least 55% marks pursuing research courses in Economics/ Finance/ Management/ Public Administration/ Social Sciences at Universities or recognized Financial/ Economic Institutions can apply.

Students who are pursuing an Integrated 5 year course in law and currently in their 4 th or 5 th year in National Law Schools in Bangalore, Bhopal, Hyderabad and Kolkata can also apply.
Application process

Interested candidates sponsored by the Institution in which the candidate is pursuing his/ her course work should download the application format from the UIDAI website and send it along with their CV, two references and areas of work interested in to webadmin-uidai@nic.in.

Application forms will be looked by the Authority and the concerned department in which the candidate want to work. If everything looks good, candidates will receive appropriate response from the Authority.

The Intern at the UIDAI should be of minimum of 2 months during which the Authority will pay a remuneration of Rs.10,000 per month.

During the Internship time, the candidates must adhere to the rules and regulations of the Authority failing which the Authority may terminate the Internship.

Candidates will have to submit their report/ research paper at the end of the Internship and the Authority will in turn issue a certificate.
