Tripuraneni Maharadhi Death News
Veteran dialogue and script writer Tripuraneni Maharadhi died of heart attack in Hyderabad on Friday morning.
He was 82. Maharadhi, an ardent follower of legend actor late N T Rama Rao, worked for several films like Lava Kusa, Kanchu Kota, Bandipotu, Pettandaru, Desoddharakudu, Devudu Chesina Manusulu, Hema Hemeelu and Ram-Robert-Rahim. He shot into fame with his powerful dialogues in Alluri Seetharama Raju made by superstar Krishna. He also made a film – Rythu Bharatam.
Maharadhi was so much associated with NTR that when the latter had formed the Telugu Desam Party, he continued to write the scripts for NTR’s political speeches. Later, he also penned scripts for Balakrishna’s films. There was a talk that Maharathi was also roped in to write speeches for Balayya during 2009 election campaign for the TDP.
