Finally YS Jagan Reddy arrested at 7.20pm by CBI today, Jagan arrest confirmed
At last YS Jagan Mohan Reddy arrested today at 7.20pm IST today by CBI at Dilkusha Guest House, Rajbhavan Road, Hyderabad. However we are yet to know on which case CBI arrested YS Jagan today.
YS Jagan took into custody by CBI Court today and AP Government raised a high alert all over Andhra Pradesh. YS Jagan is A1 Criminal in the appropriate assets case.
It is now confirmed. The Central Bureau of Investigation arrested YSR Congress party president Y S Jaganmohan Reddy in his alleged DA case on Sunday evening.
This was confirmed by Jagan loyalist and Congress MP from Anakapalle Sabbam Hari to the media over phone. Later, YSRCP official spokespersons Bajireddy Goverdhan and Jupudi Prabhakar Rao told the media at the Dilkusha guest house that Jagan was indeed arrested. They said it was totally unfair to arrest a people’s leader at a time when he was about to appear before the CBI special court on Monday.
Jagan’s family members – Vijayamma, Sharmila, Bharati and others left for Dilkusha guest house to call on Jagan later in the evening, on coming to know about the arrest.
The Kadapa MP is likely to be produced before the magistrate later in the night, as the CBI is preparing the remand report to seek his custody for further interrogation.
