Hence real estate boom is increased like anything now, however people not showing interest to buy lands between Guntur and Vijayawada because after new capital announced, government definitely requires thousands of acres land around these two cities, might be a chance of capturing the lands by Andhra Pradesh government.

The famous Nagarjuna University will be the Andhra Pradesh new Capital's Assembly, that would get re-structured once this get finalized. Central Minister Panabaka Lakshmi confirmed this news.
