President Rule in AP and Telangana State or Look for another name as CM?

Telangana divided from Andhra Pradesh with 'moojuvani' vote in Loksabha on 18th February 2014 and Telugu undivided family became divided now. 18th Feb is an historic date for both Telangana and Andhra Pradesh states and both people will keep this date in mind for years.

After states bifurcation or Tbill passed in Lok Sabha, the present Chief Minister Shri Nallari Kiran Kumar Reddy resigned from his position and the Congress party too. AP Governor Narasimhan accepted his resignation as well.

Now it is the time who rule these 2 states (Andhra Pradesh and Telangana) until the 2014 elections for both Assembly and Parliament. This is a tricky situation for the Congress government whether to go with President Rule or look for any other name as a Chief Minister until the election date announcement.

If Congress to choose for another Chief Minister, there are two names are coming out -

1. Konidela Chiranjeevi (Central Tourism Minister)
2. Botsa Satyanarayana (PCC President for AP)

Question arises in every ones mind that, the new Chief Minister is only for Andhra Pradesh or Telangana as well? Should be both why because Telangana bill just passed and there is a time taking process to commence that process of bifurcation would take longer time.
