- Those with health conditions and on medications should seek medical support and advice for fasting.
- Plenty of water in pure form or juices should be taken by fasters to avoid dehydration.
- Plenty of fruits are advisable.
- Fasters should slow down on lifestyles. Taking time off work is helpful or at least reducing the workload.
- Fasters should take adequate rest and be light on exercises.
- Those with health conditions should avoid abstain from fast involving water and drinks
- Outside food and liquids, particularly juices, should be avoided.
