HYD Metro Rail Kukatpally Miyapur Trial Run Pics, Video

Hyderabad Metro Rail was conducted a trial run and successful on 7th May 2015 between Kukatpally-Miyapur stations. This trial run was tested about 4.4kms distance. Another test run planned shortly until SR Nagar and Ameerpet. This is going to be 10KMs stretch.

Miyapur Metro Rail depot is the second largest for the metro rail project spread over 100 acres after the Nagole depot and L&TMRH has almost completed all the works inside. There are around 10 three-coach trains sourced from Hyundai Rotem (South Korea) currently stationed in the depot and one among them was run today.

Probably by 2016 Ugadi, Telangana Government planning to start atleast 2 routes of Metro rail.
