Helmet is MUST in Hyderabad says High Court today - Updated Latest Helmet Rules

28th December 2015 Updated and Latest Helmet Rules - High Court asked Telangana government to implement this to the general public to use the Helmet. High Court says in the new year 2016 Helmet is must in Hyderabad Secunderabad twin cities and also all over the state.

Though, Telangana government lawyer replied 'since it is difficult to find out the chain snatchers, this rule is not implemented in twin cities'. High Court also said that, fine amount (Challan) should be more than helmet cost

However, High Court ordered to start implement this rule immediately. Based on the reply by the TG government, the decision will be taken by the High Court shortly.
